Weekend Fun with Peyton part 1

Peyton's babysitter brought her home as soon as mom and I got to Burlington, we were able to have Peyton 45 minutes before mommy and daddy came home. She wanted to take her baby for a walk she is a good little mommy, put the belt on the baby and adjusted the stroller and off we went.

About every fifteen steps Peyton would stop and adjust the stroller, I'm sure she saw someone do this so she was just imitating them.

Peyton was happy to be watering the flowers with Mommy

next we played with the hippo bubble gun. she shot bubbles at Grammy

that evening she helped daddy feed the elephant bank they money kept getting stuck so she would have to have daddy help

Mamaw and Peyton colored together, Peyton was in charge of the crayons, would hand out what color she thought Mamaw should have sometimes Mamaw could have more than 1 at a time.

Weekend of Fun with Peyton part 2

Lunch at McDonalds Peyton was really hungry she ate all of chicken nuggets and most of her fries

Next we went to Target to shop

and Mamaw was caught stealing some kisses

Fun at the park we took our supper from Sonic and walked to the park to eat and play. Peyton was very busy, going from one thing to another

Time for a bath and then we made a peach pie for mommy and daddy when they came home.

she was all over it just like cousin Meg

Watch a little TV first thing in the morning and do a little cleaning with her new vaccum

First thing Peyton wanted to do was take a walk. We decided to take the wagon, she put her ball and her baby in the wagon and off we went, first she rode in the wagon, she sat in the wagon and grabbed the seat belt wanting me to put in on her, after a short ride she wanted to pull the wagon herself.

Mom and dad arrived home, Peyton wanted to show her mommy how she could draw on the sidewalk and wanted mommy to draw too! JD and Libby had a great time with Jeremy and Kris, they found out they will be aunt and uncle in April. They were both glad to be home with Peyton

A Baby on the way

Jeremy was lucky to find a wonderful soul mate Kris, we feel so blessed to have her in our family


They were married October 15, 2007. On Friday August 14th Jeremy called with wonderful news. Kris had bought a Baby Blanket and it was laying on the table when he got home from work. Come April they would be proud parents and make us Grammy and Pop for the 4th time.


Needless to say we are very excited. I am sure you will be hearing more on this subject the next few months.

We had to wait and post this because this last weekend Jeremy and Kris met JD and Libby in KC for a game between Royals and Twins, They wanted to tell JD and Libby their news in person so believe it or not I kept it off my blog and facebook afraid JD or Libby would get word of this.
